Held at the beautifully decorated South Portico, which was decked out in pumpkins and autumn foliage, the celebration saw families stopping by to receive treats. While costumes ranged from classic wizards and fairies to dragons, the two miniature presidential look-alikes immediately stood out.

The little boy, complete with a red cap similar to the President’s campaign gear, shared a quick, playful moment with the President, who topped it off with a high-five. The duo then posed for a memorable photo opportunity with the First Couple, a moment that delighted onlookers.

The evening’s fun was enhanced by the US Air Force Strolling Strings, which played Halloween hits like Thriller and tunes from Game of Thrones. President Trump greeted guests in his signature navy suit and red “USA 45-47” cap, while Melania wore a sophisticated, military-inspired wool coat.

White House Hosts Annual Halloween Festivity, Featuring Unforgettable Guest Costumes

President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump welcomed trick-or-treaters to the White House on Thursday for the annual Halloween celebration. The South Portico provided a festive backdrop, adorned with seasonal pumpkins, sheaves of wheat, and autumn leaves.

For approximately one hour, the First Couple greeted families and handed out sweets. Among the varied costumes—which included Hogwarts attire, fairy-tale dresses, and dragons—two young visitors achieved particular notice by arriving dressed as the President and First Lady themselves.

The children approached the couple, creating a memorable photo opportunity. The boy, sporting a red baseball cap resembling the President’s, received a high-five after a brief exchange.

The festive atmosphere was complemented by the US Air Force Strolling Strings, which performed a range of musical selections, including Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and themes from Game of Thrones and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. President Trump maintained his standard attire of a navy suit and red tie, while Mrs. Trump wore an elegant, belt-cinched, military-style wool coat in earthy tones.
