The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) is closing out 2025 strong, sitting just 1.1% below its all-time high of 48,431.57, fueled by a 12.2% year-to-date gain. A majority of its members (22 out of 30) have seen positive returns.

However, not all components are participating. Despite reporting upbeat earnings and guidance, Salesforce (CRM) remains the second-worst performer in the Dow this year at -28.6%. The largest drag on the index is UnitedHealth (UNH), down -32.8% YTD.
