In May 2025, Nathaniel Radimak—widely known as the “Tesla Road Rage Driver”—violently assaulted a family in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!- The Trigger: An 18-year-old on her driving permit was practicing parallel parking when Radimak sped past, nearly hitting her car. When she yelled at him to slow down, he turned around and confronted them.
- The Assault: Radimak punched the teenager through her open car window. When her 35-year-old mother threw an iced coffee at his Tesla to defend her daughter, Radimak tackled the mother, punching her and slamming her onto the pavement. A baby was in the back seat during the entire ordeal.
- The Injuries: The mother required eight stitches to her forehead.
The Sentence
Radimak pleaded no contest to charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree assault. A Hawaii judge sentenced him to seven years in prison, labeling him a profound danger to the public who continued to use illegal substances while failing to seek medical care.
Why It Sparked Public Outrage
The Hawaii attack occurred while Radimak was supposed to be serving time for a string of highly publicized road rage incidents in California.
- The California Conviction: In October 2023, Radimak was sentenced to five years in prison for terrorizing drivers (mostly women) across Los Angeles, often stopping on freeways to smash windows with a pipe or crowbar.
- Early Release: Due to prison overcrowding in California, Radimak served less than a year of his five-year sentence before being released on parole. He traveled to Hawaii shortly after, where he committed the new assault.
What’s Next: Victims from his previous California attacks, represented by attorney Gloria Allred, are now demanding that Los Angeles authorities extradite Radimak so he faces additional prison time for violating his parole once his Hawaii sentence is complete.
