Popular 3-in-1 Stroller Sold on Amazon Recalled Over Choking Risk

Health Canada has issued an urgent recall for the INFANS 3-in-1 Baby Stroller (Model 704) following a safety investigation. The product, which was sold exclusively online through Amazon.ca, has been found to violate federal safety regulations regarding choking hazards.

The Problem: Exposed Foam Padding

The recall centers on the stroller’s front grab bar. Testing revealed that the foam covering the bar is easily accessible and can be torn or bitten off by a child. These small pieces of foam pose a severe choking hazard to infants and toddlers.

If you purchased a stroller between January 2024 and December 2025, check your model information against the table below:

Note: Approximately 270 units were sold to Canadian consumers before the hazard was identified.

Immediate Action Required

Health Canada and the manufacturer advise all owners to take the following steps:

1. Cease Use: Stop using the stroller immediately and keep it out of reach of children.
2. Request a Repair: Contact INFANS via email at support@infansbaby.com. The company is currently developing a repair kit to address the grab bar issue.
3. Check for Damage: Inspect the grab bar for any signs of peeling or missing foam pieces.
4. Legal Restrictions: Do not attempt to sell or donate the stroller. It is a violation of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act to distribute a recalled product.

While no injuries have been confirmed as of January 2026, consumers are encouraged to report any health or safety incidents related to this product directly to Health Canada through their online “Report a Consumer Product” form.
