Trump Gloats About Solving Global Conflicts

US President Donald Trump asserted that resolving the escalating conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan would be an “easy one for me to solve.” The President made the comments on Friday during a working lunch with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House, claiming he has a knack for ending global disputes.

Trump boasted that he has “solved eight wars” during his tenure and “saved millions and millions of lives.” When referring to the Pakistan-Afghanistan tensions—which included reports of renewed hostilities after a temporary ceasefire—Trump said, “I love solving wars. You know why? I like stopping people from being killed.”

He listed previous conflicts he claims to have resolved, including disputes in Rwanda and the Congo and between India and Pakistan.

The President also took the opportunity to mention the Nobel Peace Prize, which he has long coveted. He claimed that the 2025 laureate, Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado, dedicated the award to him.

“I have solved eight wars… every time I solved, when they say if you solve the next one, you’re gonna get the Nobel Prize. I didn’t get a Nobel Prize. Somebody got it who is a very nice woman… I just care about saving lives.”

Would you like me to elaborate on the conflicts Trump claims to have resolved?
