A devastating loss has struck the family of Rajyalakshmi (Raji) Yarlagadda, a bright 23-year-old student from Karanchedu, Andhra Pradesh. Raji, who recently completed her MS in Computer Science at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, was found dead in the US on November 7.

Circumstances Under Investigation
Raji’s body was discovered by her roommates. Media reports indicate that she had been suffering from a severe cough and chest pain for a few days prior to her passing. The official cause of death is currently under medical examination in the US.
