TDI Infrastructure to Relaunch TDI City Kundli as NCR’s Lifestyle Hub with ₹100 Crore Investment
TDI Infrastructure is investing ₹100 crore to relaunch its 1,100-acre flagship township, TDI City Kundli, and reposition it as a premier lifestyle and investment destination in the National Capital Region (NCR). This relaunch follows a major financial achievement, as the company is now completely debt-free after clearing ₹2,000 crore in dues.
The investment will fund a comprehensive transformation, including modern infrastructure and upgraded amenities. A key highlight will be the addition of one of India’s largest township clubhouses, along with new wellness, recreational, and social spaces.
TDI City Kundli’s growth is also being boosted by significant regional infrastructure projects. The Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) has already reduced travel times to central Delhi and the IGI Airport. Other projects, such as the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and upcoming Delhi Metro and RRTS corridors, are set to further enhance connectivity.
The township’s appeal is also strengthened by its proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi Education City and industrial hubs in Sonipat, which are supported by the Amritsar-Delhi-Kolkata Industrial Corridor. These developments are driving economic vibrancy and steady demand for the area.
According to Akshay Taneja, CEO of TDI Infrastructure, the investment is a “defining step” in the company’s long-term vision to create “aspirational, future-ready communities.” With these strategic upgrades, TDI City Kundli aims to become the most sought-after integrated township in the NCR’s northern corridor.
