Federal investigators have released a detailed description of the individual seen at the Guthrie residence in Tucson. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5’9″ to 5’10” tall, with an average build.
Authorities are highlighting one specific item to help the public identify the individual:
- The Backpack: A black 25-liter “Ozark Trail Hiker Pack.” * Tactical Gear: The suspect was seen wearing a ski mask and gloves, and was armed with a handgun carried in a front-mounted belt holster.
Note: The Ozark Trail brand is a common tactical/outdoors brand sold at Walmart, making the specific 25-liter model a key visual marker for witnesses.
Sheriff’s Urgent Appeal for Footage
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has issued a “call to action” for residents living near East Skyline Drive and North Campbell Avenue. Investigators are pivotally focused on “digital evidence” to bridge gaps in the suspect’s timeline.
